Your role will be to manage the entire payroll process—from data submission to employee payment—and to work closely with both internal teams and our clients to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. You’ll have the opportunity to build positive working relationships, modernise our processes, and support our growth as we continue to scale.

  • Forge positive working relationships with clients and project team members, helping to meet project goals
  • Work with team managers to troubleshoot processes and implement more efficient ways of working
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll processes, auditing documentation regularly
  • Provide professional, friendly support to clients and employees for all payroll-related matters
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage pension schemes and ensure all submissions, payments, and reporting are accurate
The person who will thrive in this role will…
  • Experience processing client payrolls
  • Have excellent knowledge of UK and EU Payroll legislation
  • Be familiar with payroll software, HMRC submissions, BACS, Auto Enrolment, P11Ds, and Payroll Journals
  • Experience with payroll platforms such as Gusto or Rippling is a plus
  • Be an intermediate Microsoft Office user, with advanced Excel skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commercial mindset
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively, with a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients
  • Have an understanding of GDPR compliance and ISO quality standards (desirable)
  • Be a self-starter with high integrity, dynamic energy, and great interpersonal skills
